The way you treated me on the phone and treated my husband in person was greatly appreciated!
We have been to this Zaxby’s many times with no issues. However, tonight I was very disappointed. We ordered our food at 5:29pm and did not get it until 5:54 pm. They were waiting on wings they finally told me after 15 minutes. We got an apology, but I think 25 minutes was ridiculous! They weren’t cooking before we arrived? They were not busy and we did not order an abundance of food.
HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! MANAGEMENT SUCKS ESPECIALLY THE BROWN SKIN FEMALE MANAGER WHO HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. SHE HAS NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. .. I ordered some food and my order was incomplete, I said something about it and she looked like she had no sense of comprehension so I repeated what was wrong with the order and she had the nerve to tell me that "I wasn't talking to u" with a very rude tone... um lady give me my refund.
