This Mcdonalds can be understaffed at times causing slow orders. Been here MANY times over the years and the orders are correct and usually still hot. Just slow SOMETIMES. Certainly one of the better Mcdonalds in Warner Robins.
Workers are playing. Chasing each other through the lobby and parking lot. It took a while for anyone to take my order and then acted like I was burdening them. Sad.
Our dine in experience wasnt much different than our drive thru visits. I immediately saw no one at the counter so used a kiosk to order. I did observe other people come in and they did not order from the kiosk, they had to wait for someone to notice them. We waited for our order and one of the tables which were mostly all dirty. The employee brought us our food and it was not bad, just not hot.
