“Usually I don't have an issue with this location. The food is always good and the service is sufficient. However, on June 30th, 2026, I was not very satisfied. I ordered a single steak burger with cheese, fries and cheese sauce, and a root beer, as well as a single plain steak burger with fries and a root beer. The lady who took our order did not seem very responsive, almost confused. When we got our food, the only things correct were the drinks. We did not receive a receipt at all. The actual burgers were burnt as well. Still giving this place a decent rating because usually my food and service is great. But this time was a let down and it's a shame.“
