“The employees are super great... the inside was always nice and clean when we go in. However, we were in this McDonald's yesterday and the air conditioner was not working it was so hot in there. I don't know how the employees can take it, but they were all working as hard as usual..5 stars for them but the owners need to get it fixed with someone who knows how to fix the air conditioner!!!!“

“We had such a great experience at Sonic in Eastman today! We ordered online and decided to eat outside, and everything went so smoothly.

A young man greeted us, and he was incredibly pleasant with such a positive demeanor. He made sure we had all of our food, brought extra napkins without us even asking, and even came back out to check on us while we were eating. That kind of customer service really stands out!

This was honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at this location. It had seemed like things were going downhill for a while, but today gave us hope that this Eastman location is turning things around. Keep up the great work! 👏“
