I had placed an order through the app roughly 15 minutes before we would get there. We got there 7 minutes after it said it would be ready. We checked in and waited about 5 minutes before anyone had came outside. The woman walked outside and placed the tray directly on my window but didn’t say a single thing to us. Food was okay, but not exactly equivalent to the price. After spending right at $40 (3 meals), we were told that despite being able to order 3 sauces per meal in the app, we could only have 2 sauces period - anything additional would cost. Even McDonald's honors what is in their app and doesn't charge🙄
