We frequently have enjoyed going to Sonic at least once a week. Over the past month, every week the food has gotten progressively worse. We never receive the correct order. Unfortunately, we have not checked our food until we got home. We love Sonic but we cannot continue to pay 25 bucks for the wrong food. Unsure if there is a lack of communication from the ticket to the grill or what. Tonight, I even confirmed our order at the window, just to be disappointed once again once we got home.

I have not eaten at Sonic in years so I changed my mind about going to Taco Bell and went here instead. Huge Mistake!!! I am a bacon fanatic so you know I was pissed when I finally opened my burger and saw that bacon that had been burnt and cremated. You just can't serve customers anything. Do you eat cremated bacon on your sammich? I didn't think so. Now the burger was good and had fresh veggies on it. It would have been even better had I added pickles and onions. The tots were hot however a little salty. The gingerale drink was good. I totally understand the low score review for this establishment when it comes to the food. The staff was friendly however.

I'm so tired of the service at this Sonic, I ordered food and when the girl brought it out she was so rude, I will keep calling until something is done about her. Worst service ever!!!

First time going back after renovation. Ordered on the app but accidentally selected wrong stall that I was at. They fixed it quick and no problem! Drink came out fast and Kaname provided premier customer service! Really nice after a rough day that I was having… will definitely be back!

I love my Sonic drinks but it is so hard to order and pick up here due to so many broken spots. I wish the owners would invest just a little to start repairing the broken equipment.

Food is always fine, service was horrible. The lady at the window said about 4 words, despite me trying to be friendly. People in the service industry shouldn’t have nasty attitudes towards their customers, just my two cents.
