Staff should know the differences in menu items. Make flash cards or something sheesh. I shouldn’t be informing then what an item is and how it’s different from other similar items. One up side however is I also had to “inform” them of the price lol ?
The service was super slow and there were plenty of people working not sure what was going on. I ordered dilly bars a buster bar and a dipped cone it took forever to get those and 4out of the 5 things are pre-wrapped ? ??♀️

When I purchase a blizzard, that is what I want, not a milkshake. Yes, it was just like a milkshake 2x this week. I did inquire about it being turned upside down. However, no one seemed sure of what I was talking about. The 2nd visit, I inquired again and was told they didn't want it to run out of the cup.
