Terrible service. They have a new trick to give you less toppings by just spreading it on the side of the cup so it looks like your getting lots yet it is less by spreading it on the side instead of pouring it in. Sneaky Eastman needs a more honest icecream establiment

When I purchase a blizzard, that is what I want, not a milkshake. Yes, it was just like a milkshake 2x this week. I did inquire about it being turned upside down. However, no one seemed sure of what I was talking about. The 2nd visit, I inquired again and was told they didn't want it to run out of the cup. That is the point of me buying a blizzard and not a milkshake. ?

Food was delicious. Chicken Strip Baskets contained six large strips, a generous amount of fries, white gravy, and a piece of Texas toast. It was definitely a satisfying meal.

Absolutely horrible experience that could have easily been prevented. This one rude worker acted like they couldn’t give me a refund but it wasn’t posted anywhere around the store. Terrible workers and management.

Staff should know the differences in menu items. Make flash cards or something sheesh. I shouldn’t be informing then what an item is and how it’s different from other similar items. One up side however is I also had to “inform” them of the price lol ?

Don't trust the hours listed online. They close when they want, almost always early. We drove across town because online they said they close at 9:00. We pulled up at 8:39 and it was dark inside. We could see the workers but no one answered at the drive through.
