“*Update* Always great service. I thought the double cheeseburgers were on the 99¢ menu but I misread it. I wanted to just let you know that I misread it and I am sorry. There wasn't any fussing though. The workers here are very courteous always!!!! I have gotten food from this location a few times now since I started working in Montezuma. Staff is so courteous. Food is always hot, fresh, not overcooked. My order is ALWAYS correct. The food is delicious! I live in Warner Robins and the ones there are awful! Rude staff, cold or overcooked food, salty beyond belief, messed up orders from getting the wrong item, missing items, ect...Down here in Montezuma, I have NO complaints!! Keep up the good work! You all rock!!!!!!!“

“I visited the store on 07/01/2026. I was travelling from Richland, Ga, to Macon Ga after dropping off some items for my siblings and grandmother. My GPS was not connecting to my car properly and as a result I got lost. My car was draining my phone battery. But I saw the sign for Jacks and pulled in. The store was nice and clean.

Ms. Debretta was my cashier/server. The receipt number is 0360. She was super sweet and kind. I ordered the 8 PC chicken box (is absolutely delicious but not recommended for 1 person lol). The flavor was phenomenal. That came with four biscuits, two chicken breasts, two wings, two legs, and two thighs. I got a vanilla shake to go with it. She was patient with me while I ordered. Upon my request, she took my phone and charger to an outlet so I could make it to Macon. She checked it without being asked and overall made my first Jacks experience a GREAT ONE! 30/10 Definitely recommend. $23.74 for the amount of food- is not bad.“
