“A little loud in here with the local chatter, as this has a very small dining area. Chicken was good. Sides are your typical for the south. Plenty of Okra. Desserts were good. Canned Sodas, Fresh Lemomade and plenty of Sweet Tea for the drink choices.Definitely will try them again on a fish day.”
“This was our 1st visit to Oasis....we had heard good things about this place and they were confirmed! The homemade tomato basil soup was delicious, our burgers were prepared to order, and service was great! Definitely recommend it!”
“This place is iconic. The fried chicken is so good! Chili isn't good at all. Biscuits are great! Place looks like it's falling apart and it's a madhouse, but man I love this place. If you know, you know.”
“Tried some cupcakes from PeeWee Bakery at Downtown Americus First Friday and my family will definitely be repeat customers! The strawberry lemonade is the PERFECT way to wash down any of their cupcakes. I had a brownie batter chocolate cupcake, and the cupcake was perfect and not too heavy! My fiance had a banana pudding cupcake and was in heaven, and my son loved his sprinkles cupcake. Super friendly service, definitely give them a try if ever given the chance!”
“The food has good flavor to it it's not greasy I love their house special fried rice.Parking: It's a lot of room for parking plus they have handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: They are very kind to kids.”
“The best fried chicken ever. Definitely unexpected! Perry’s is located in a gas station convenience store. Don’t be put off by this! You’ll be happy you stopped in. I was just hoping for a granola bar or something on my drive to Savannah and instead I got the best fried chicken I have had, possible ever in my life. Would drive all the way back just to enjoy Perry’s chicken again!”
“Our server was very sweet! Loved her. Food was amazing; hot & great portion Had a nice atmosphere, even when busy. Definitely will be revisiting! I recommend the fajita burrito for first timers.”
“I have been to both locations on 16th Street and they're both good food , clean facilities and friendly staff . I usually order basically the same sandwich, so I can't say much about the other choices available . The atmosphere is typically what you will experience at a Subway Sandwich Shop . Prices are moderate for Subway. I don't eat there as often as the past because of my diet limits salt and Nitrates found in hilly processed meat. I would recommend this restaurant to those who enjoy Subway Food .”
“Had an order to go. Cashier was really nice. Couldn't find a button for removing an item so she told the kitchen staff directly and they got it right.Small town vibe here. Everyone seems to know everyone else. If they don't recognize you, you will get that look! Haha.Overall a good lunch from here.”
“I go through the drive-thru 2/3 times per week. Staff is friendly and it's always nice to see Cierra and Treveyon. Great customer service and they make sure my food is always hot and fresh.”
“Andersonville gets a bad rap and yes it was definitely horrible, but most forget that Camp Douglas in Chicago had almost the same death rate in fact more died of exposure and starvation than in Andersonville SO yes the Confederate troops were treated as bad as the Union so let’s all remember and respect”
“I like their food and the lady who works the register is very sweet. Sure, it's a low budget local place, but they know how to cook. Prices are reasonable, too.”

“As always the fine people at Yoder’s Deitsch House were both extremely polite and attentive to our noon time culinary needs.Add to that some of the most delicious food you’ll ever put in your mouth and you have an accurate description of what goes on daily in this legendary Macon county establishment.Don’t let a little distance or anything else stop you from treating your taste buds to a real treat”
