“Shoutout to Dustin and the team in Gray, GA. I ordered the pineapple lemonade while in the drive thru. I didn’t like it and went inside to let them know that I would like to exchange it for a sweet tea instead. The young lady behind the counter gave me a cup so that I could get sweet tea. I thanked her and proceeded to the self-service area to get sweet tea. A few seconds later, they called me back up to the counter. Justin asked me to try a different version of the pineapple lemonade that he made with sprite instead of the sparkling water. I liked it and he said I could have it, no charge. That’s probably not a big deal to many but to me it is huge. It’s customer service above and beyond the norm. Thanks again Dustin and team for exceptional customer-focused service that’s very hard to find now days. 👏🏽👏🏽“

“I had a great experience at Jack’s in Gray early this morning! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Everyone had such positive attitudes and made the whole visit feel warm and enjoyable.

The breakfast food was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in the quality of the food they serve. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out quickly and correct. It’s hard to find fast food places with both great customer service and consistently good food, but this location definitely delivers both. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast!“

“I can’t speak five stars overall for this place….but whoever made my Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddle just a few minutes ago deserves a raise and promotion. This is the first food item I have received from any MD that has been perfectly cooked and made in probably ten years. I rarely eat at these establishments because of that. Wasn’t the case today. Good Job whoever you are. Thank you for putting some love into what you did today. Rare in the fast food business anymore.“
