“Shoutout to Dustin and the team in Gray, GA. I ordered the pineapple lemonade while in the drive thru. I didn’t like it and went inside to let them know that I would like to exchange it for a sweet tea instead. The young lady behind the counter gave me a cup so that I could get sweet tea. I thanked her and proceeded to the self-service area to get sweet tea. A few seconds later, they called me back up to the counter. Justin asked me to try a different version of the pineapple lemonade that he made with sprite instead of the sparkling water. I liked it and he said I could have it, no charge. That’s probably not a big deal to many but to me it is huge. It’s customer service above and beyond the norm. Thanks again Dustin and team for exceptional customer-focused service that’s very hard to find now days. 👏🏽👏🏽”

“the employees are rude and very unprofessional they hung up on me several times and then threatened to call the police on me for harassment. I ordered a pizza at 9pm and at 11 still no pizza. Me and my guest was sitting on the front porch and had been for hrs. When I called at 11 the employee tells me they came to my house and no one was there and that I didn't answer and hung up in my face. I called back because again me and my guest was sitting on the porch and no one had came to bring the pizza. They hung up on me again. So I called this morning to talk to a manager and when out on hold someone came to the phone and threatened to call the police on me.... call the police for what.... because they have bad customer service and rude employees..... I usually order from here at least 2xs a week but never will they ever get another penny from me.”

“This place is such a sleeper hit. On the outside it looks like a run of the mill sports bar. It kind of is, but the prices are super cheap and the food is excellent. The thing I was most surprised by was the how good our server was. I can't recall her name, but she was a young, short blonde girl. She gave excellent enough service to come away with a very big tip, and I will make the 40 mile drive again to come back.”

“Finally made it!! I’m not a huge fan of ice cream, but this place was perfect when I was craving some. Had the ice cream nachos, it was the perfect portions. So glad I finally listened to my kid (who’s always here) this is definitely my go to for ice cream. The service was amazing, thank you for being patient while we decided, it all looked too good to pick just one.”

“Im not a coffee drinker, but my partner got a mocha he enjoyed and we both got cinnamon rolls we enjoyed for breakfast. He asked for light on the icing and they easily accommodated him and that made him very happy. It's not often that restaurants make it easy when customers make a special request. At Scooters they took it in stride and made his cinnamon roll perfect for his liking. We just grabbed it and rolled on our trip, as we were just out exploring for the day. Great first experience for me at Scooters.”
