Based on the reviews, The Lazy Frog offers phenomenal food that has blown expectations out of the water. The filet, pork chop, shrimp, and appetizers like frog legs, catfish, and gator bites are amazing. The pork chop is SO juicy and tender, and the shrimp is perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The country fried steak is awesome, and the peach cobbler stuffed peach cheesecake is as good as it sounds. The veggies are awesome, and the frog decor is stinking cute. The restaurant has a very down home southern feel and features Saturday night live music. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with servers like Kat who are constantly smiling and never miss a thing on a very busy night. However, service can be slow, and some staff do not know the menu well. One server walked away while a customer tried to order the delicious pimentoads appetizer. Despite this, the food and value make it a favorite place to eat in Gray.
