“I had a great experience at Jack’s in Gray early this morning! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Everyone had such positive attitudes and made the whole visit feel warm and enjoyable.

The breakfast food was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in the quality of the food they serve. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out quickly and correct. It’s hard to find fast food places with both great customer service and consistently good food, but this location definitely delivers both. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast!“

“Throwing a shout out to DeAngelo (Hope I remembered that correctly) Told him I would for giving great customer service! Also, from what it seems to me, most of the poor reviews were from over a year ago. Possibly new management? My experience was positive. Was my pizza made wrong the first time, sure thing, but they corrected the issue immediately and I had a hot fresh pie within 10 mins. My dude even hooked it up with extra toppings for the inconvenience of waiting. Nom nom!“

“Traveling through the area tired and hungry. I know it’s just fast food but they made our order fresh and even though we weren’t complaining, they apologized for the wait, which was only a couple of minutes, and sent free frosties to us at our table. Food was hot, fries were crispy. All the people working there were super kind and the place was extremely clean, including the bathroom.“

“All details of service were good,food was not hot on my last pickup order. My only complaint,is the cost of my order,but this is nearly everywhere people eat! The industries greedy owners,just continue to take from the working class folks, we struggle day after day to make ends meet! One day these very same owners will face their judgement,for how they've treated the struggling,and less fortunate!!!“

“Zaxby’s is okay—nothing spectacular, but not bad either. The food is decent at best; I’ve had better, but it’s still satisfying if you’re craving chicken or fries.

The staff here are very friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean, which makes for a pleasant experience despite the average food. On the bright side, the sweet tea is very good—definitely a highlight of the meal!

“Stopped here along a roadtrip to use the WiFi for a work call and had lunch there. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and the young man working in the lobby bringing out our food and keeping everything clean was very attentive and took pride in his work.“

“Gabriel is a super awesome employee that is a really hard worker. She made the best sandwich ever and was mega nice to me. Like it was legit the best experience ever! I will return here for 5 Star food when im hungry thank-you Gabriel!!!!!!! PS: I really hope that her manager / higher ups see this and reward this very dedicated employee with a raise at the very least because she deserves it.“
