“Shoutout to Dustin and the team in Gray, GA. I ordered the pineapple lemonade while in the drive thru. I didn’t like it and went inside to let them know that I would like to exchange it for a sweet tea instead. The young lady behind the counter gave me a cup so that I could get sweet tea. I thanked her and proceeded to the self-service area to get sweet tea. A few seconds later, they called me back up to the counter. Justin asked me to try a different version of the pineapple lemonade that he made with sprite instead of the sparkling water. I liked it and he said I could have it, no charge. That’s probably not a big deal to many but to me it is huge. It’s customer service above and beyond the norm. Thanks again Dustin and team for exceptional customer-focused service that’s very hard to find now days. 👏🏽👏🏽“

“I had a great experience at Jack’s in Gray early this morning! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Everyone had such positive attitudes and made the whole visit feel warm and enjoyable.

The breakfast food was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in the quality of the food they serve. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out quickly and correct. It’s hard to find fast food places with both great customer service and consistently good food, but this location definitely delivers both. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast!“

“From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything looked clean and well-organized. My order was prepared quickly, and the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving perfectly baked pizza with just the right amount of toppings and flavor.

What really made this visit stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service from Tiffany. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right with my order. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond like that, and it truly made a difference.

Great food is always a plus, but great service makes you want to come back and thanks to Tiffany, I definitely will!

“My Wi-Fi start by this location on our way through town. We found the dining area to be a newer design and nicer than a lot of Taco Bell‘s We have visited previously.
The staff was very polite, and our food was made promptly. However, the shells were hard and dry, the food felt warm, not hot. The fillings in each dish seemed lacking.
We were the first customers of the day for lunch and the dining room was empty. My only thought is maybe the soft shell containers were not closed tightly from the day before. As this has been my only visit to this location, I will try it again. Hopefully my next experience will be better.“

“Zaxby’s is okay—nothing spectacular, but not bad either. The food is decent at best; I’ve had better, but it’s still satisfying if you’re craving chicken or fries.

The staff here are very friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean, which makes for a pleasant experience despite the average food. On the bright side, the sweet tea is very good—definitely a highlight of the meal!

“Gabriel is a super awesome employee that is a really hard worker. She made the best sandwich ever and was mega nice to me. Like it was legit the best experience ever! I will return here for 5 Star food when im hungry thank-you Gabriel!!!!!!! PS: I really hope that her manager / higher ups see this and reward this very dedicated employee with a raise at the very least because she deserves it.“

“We had a late evening and we're going to get home too late to cook.
We decided to go to McDonalds because my oldest Grandson wanted nuggets...
We ordered 5 different meals, and when my wife started giving special orders for 4 of them (like this one plain, this one no ketchup, this one no mustard and no pickles) I was like,.. there is no way this is going to go well.
I stand corrected.
They "NAILED" it.. My daughters house is near McDonalds so everything was still hot, and correct....
