“Went through the drive thru at five minutes to closing. Being from macon we are used to the hostility and being turned away for service this close to closing, but we gave it a try. And let me tell you- the lady especially that was working through window trestrd us as if we were her first customer of the day. She was so pleasant and had a positive attitude that you could tell in her voice over the speaker that she loved her job. We didnt get her name, but we hope Arby's recognizes who we are speaking of and makes her a leader in their company because there are alot of workers back in mscon that could use some of her enthusiasm.“

“Best food in town!! Everyone Friendly 👍 good company“

“Good food, fast service, great sids“

“I went to the one in Gray.since we were getting one here The people were so nice there. That's why I tried this one The atmosphere wasn't quite family like as the one in Gray but y'all did just open. People were nice but I did see an employee outside watching the bosses on the inside. Just trying to hide from them it looked like not trying to give y'all any negative feedback but I have children and I just recognize the behavior but I'm happy about the restaurant. Good food at a good price“

“Thanks Jeremiah Fripp for the great customer service!!!!!! Customer service is horrible these days so when I see good customer service it’s a BIG DEAL TO ME!!!!! Everyone go to Dairy Queen on the Southside in Milledgeville for great food and awesome customer service!!!! These guys are fast friendly and deserving of your money💯💯“

“Quick. Convenient. Easy. Can fill a cooler directly or by the bag. Will use again. A+++“

“Food was great. The Philly cheesesteak eggroll was amazing. The honey lemon pepper wings were too! Fries are what you are expecting. The front register person was not very personable. She let my food sit out after being ready for a while and was on her phone instead of calling my name and telling me it was ready. Usually don't care, but I have a limited lunch time. Otherwise, delicious food.“

“This place is always on point, every single time. I love coming here to get the #42 with extra chipotle mayo, and they always make it perfectly! Thank you ❤️“

“Excellent customer service! I stopped in at 1030am to request 10 sub sandwiches for an event. Without hesitation the nice gentleman agreed and put together an excellent display. Of course, the food was fresh, as always with Subway. Thank you!!“

“Freshly baked bread every 4 hours, freshly sliced veggies and meats daily!!! Yum 😋“

“Stopped by to pick up lunch to go. It was pretty busy. Used the kiosk to order our to go. It went seamlessly and was pretty much effortless. Kiosk provided additional food options with the price listed directly beside each addition. Great job being transparent and fair Firehouse!!
I ordered four large Hook and Ladders full involved! The Hook and Ladder comes with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack cheese. When ordered fully involved it also comes with mayo, deli mustard, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side. I completed my order, added my name, and checked out. As I moved towards the tables, I was cheerfully greeted by one of the employees. While waiting for our order to come up, I noticed Firehouse now offers french fries, so of course I had to try them! As I approached the cash register, I asked if I could get some fries too. The employee said she'd be happy to add them to my order. As soon as I paid, she asked my name and notified the other employees that the fries went with my order. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The subs were absolutely delicious as always, but two of the four subs only had a small piece of a kosher dill pickle. :(“

“Newly remodeled store. They have the same great food but the cost of everything is going up. I do like the fact that they have the pretzel buns for some of the burgers. Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers are a favorite. The chicken nuggets are great also.

“I went to the Columbia road subway at Wal-Mart at around 8pm. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and only one person working and he looked to be a teenager. His name was DeMarcus and he was awesome!!!! Courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. He fixed the orders correctly and did not get flustered, awesome job DeMarcus!!“

“What really stood out was KB's attitude — genuinely warm and personable, the kind of service that makes you want to come back. There was a bit of a line when I got there, but KB kept things moving efficiently without ever making anyone feel rushed or unwelcome. They double-checked a modification I asked for and made sure it got communicated back to the kitchen correctly, which I really appreciated.

The food itself came out great, but honestly, it's service like this that makes a place memorable. KB was clearly having a good day and it showed in how they treated customers — cracking a joke here and there, saying thank you genuinely rather than just going through the motions. Small interactions like that make a real difference.

If KB is working the counter, you're in good hands. Great customer service, quick and accurate orders, and a friendly face to go with it. Will definitely be back, and hope KB is there next time!“

“I have a slight food allergy to onions but love the burgers. This location is always willing to accommodate me and cook my burgers without onions on the grill. It takes a little longer to get the food but the employees are never rude or put out by my request. I know that it's a burden to them but none of the employees I've encountered have ever been rude or even huffy about it. The food is always quality and the service top notch.

Dietary restrictions: Extremely willing to work with you on food allergies and dislikes.“

“I went to KFC today and all of the employees were super friendly and polite. The service was top notch. There were about 12 customers dining and the customers seemed well pleased. They were socializing pleasantly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back soon.♥♥♥“

“This is one of our favorite fast food places to eat. Their super greens are great !!!

Vegetarian options: We always get the super greens which are really good and add lo mien and rice. Makes a very delicious, quick, affordable take out meal. We definitely recommend this place.“

“We received hot and fresh food and friendly staff served us. While we were eating we noticed an exceptionally well done cleaning job of one employee named Lamiron. He was moving benches, and wiping down furniture and sweeping every single corner and crevice. He kept the dining room spotless. Great job Lamiron. The only reason I put a 4 star for atmosphere is because it was kind of loud with the moving furniture.“

“I love the Impossible Whopper!“
