“Went through the drive thru at five minutes to closing. Being from macon we are used to the hostility and being turned away for service this close to closing, but we gave it a try. And let me tell you- the lady especially that was working through window trestrd us as if we were her first customer of the day. She was so pleasant and had a positive attitude that you could tell in her voice over the speaker that she loved her job. We didnt get her name, but we hope Arby's recognizes who we are speaking of and makes her a leader in their company because there are alot of workers back in mscon that could use some of her enthusiasm.“

“Food was great. The Philly cheesesteak eggroll was amazing. The honey lemon pepper wings were too! Fries are what you are expecting. The front register person was not very personable. She let my food sit out after being ready for a while and was on her phone instead of calling my name and telling me it was ready. Usually don't care, but I have a limited lunch time. Otherwise, delicious food.“

“Newly remodeled store. They have the same great food but the cost of everything is going up. I do like the fact that they have the pretzel buns for some of the burgers. Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers are a favorite. The chicken nuggets are great also.

Parking: Parking lot with handicapped parking.

Kid-friendliness: Yes bring the kids or adopt somebody else's. They must be on a leash.

“Stopped by to pick up lunch to go. It was pretty busy. Used the kiosk to order our to go. It went seamlessly and was pretty much effortless. Kiosk provided additional food options with the price listed directly beside each addition. Great job being transparent and fair Firehouse!!
I ordered four large Hook and Ladders full involved! The Hook and Ladder comes with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack cheese. When ordered fully involved it also comes with mayo, deli mustard, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side. I completed my order, added my name, and checked out. As I moved towards the tables, I was cheerfully greeted by one of the employees. While waiting for our order to come up, I noticed Firehouse now offers french fries, so of course I had to try them! As I approached the cash register, I asked if I could get some fries too. The employee said she'd be happy to add them to my order. As soon as I paid, she asked my name and notified the other employees that the fries went with my order. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The subs were absolutely delicious as always, but two of the four subs only had a small piece of a kosher dill pickle. :(“

“This is one of our favorite fast food places to eat. Their super greens are great !!!

Vegetarian options: We always get the super greens which are really good and add lo mien and rice. Makes a very delicious, quick, affordable take out meal. We definitely recommend this place.“

“We received hot and fresh food and friendly staff served us. While we were eating we noticed an exceptionally well done cleaning job of one employee named Lamiron. He was moving benches, and wiping down furniture and sweeping every single corner and crevice. He kept the dining room spotless. Great job Lamiron. The only reason I put a 4 star for atmosphere is because it was kind of loud with the moving furniture.“

“I went to the Columbia road subway at Wal-Mart at around 8pm. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and only one person working and he looked to be a teenager. His name was DeMarcus and he was awesome!!!! Courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. He fixed the orders correctly and did not get flustered, awesome job DeMarcus!!“
