“First time ever visiting or hearing of a Jacks. Sooo glad we stopped in. It made our day! The two ladies at the register were so sweet and welcoming. I only caught one of their names unfortunately. (Tela)Crazy thing is I’m antisocial as can be but they brought out the social butterfly in me. lolThe food was fresh and on point (we got ice cream, fries, and burgers) the atmosphere was comfortable and clean. The whole restaurant was spotless. From the dining area to the restrooms. Definitely gonna be frequenting this place. We loved their ice cream flavor options as well. “I personally didn’t go in my fiancé did but he didn’t complain about any issues with the worker. She was even nice enough to give him time to call me to double check something on my order. I’m on bed rest pregnant so he picked my lunch up on.. Tuesday I think, forgot tbh. Sandwich was delicious, the lady working was polite to him; hoping it was just bad days for these bad reviews cause from our experience we will def return.“
“I do not live in monticello. But I have been visiting there since I was a child, Im 52 now.i always loved how it was unchanged, and food was always better than any other DQ. but was disappointed to find on my last visit, the store was remodeled. Dont get me wrong, it was nice. But I liked it how it was, also sad to see the motel gone. You used to have to pay for the room at DQ. Food is still great!“
