Specifically the location in Gray, GA. I go here very often with my Fiance and I lately have been grabbing the Holiday Meal Deal and adding a large Coke with it. it's been my go-to meal. I hate that I didn't know about Jack's sooner I'm honestly disappointed in myself because I could have been eating so good for many more years. let me tell you the meal deal is where it's at ! I went in for breakfast this morning and im very glad i did! My food was hot and ready quick. Molly took my order and she made my day! For it to be early, she was cheery happy. And if she's not a manager , she should be. She deserves a raise! I have been very satisfied the last 2 days.I've gotten food from there. All because of two great employees. Tela and Molly! They should definitely get a bonus for their customer service and genuinely care!!!

One visit resulted in a missing gravy, barely half full gravy, missing large fries, and sour tea given in cups instead of a gallon. Another visit found only Dr. Pepper available. On a positive note, when a wrong order was given, the staff, including Tela, Zach, and Jada, were eager to replace the meal and made the customer feel welcomed. The breakfast menu is also noted, with the new Big Breakfast Wrap with bacon being satisfying and warm, though the steak biscuit remains a favorite.
