“I had a door dash order and I thought I didn't get my drink. I called and I made a bad comment to the person I was talking to. I tried calling to apologize, it was uncalled for and I apologize wholeheartedly, there was no excuse for it. I later went and found the drink in a different bag.“

“The worker taking my order did not look like she was happy to be there nor to see me. The sandwich was ok but my peach milkshake tasted just like a vanilla milkshake with a few tint pieces of peace mixed in. If it's gonna be called a peach milkshake let's taste the peach next time maybe?“

“This Five Guys location is TOP NOTCH! We live around the corner from another 5G - and it’s good, but this location is clean, efficient, friendly and the food is so perfectly well done. There are other burger chains recognized nationally, but for our money and time, we got a true value today.
We will be back when traveling through Macon again.“

“This was a wonderful restaurant to visit during my short stay in Macon. The food was fantastic! Had the #4 the first time and then the #8. ?? The mac & cheese bites, as well as the fried okra, were delightful! Loved the strawberry cake too!! Would definitely eat here again if ever back in the area. ??

“I think I just found the BEST McDonald's in America. Seriously. I travel for my job 100% so I eat out a lot. And I love McDonald's breakfast, its the best. Well I came to this location a couple weeks ago and the drive through was packed. Maybe 10 cars. I didn't want to wait but I really wanted their breakfast so I decided it was worth it. Well to my surprise the line went SUPER fast. And the lady on intercom taking my order was so nice and polite. I was In and out in like 2 min. It was crazy. So today I wanted breakfast again and I remembered how fast and easy it was at this particular mcdonald's so I decided to go. Something this time when I get there today. Drive through was packed. Had 9 cars in line....but just like the time before I pulled up to intercom, the lady took my order, which she was so polite and kind. I had to tell her that I think they are the best McDonald's ever. She thanked me and I pulled up to the next window to get my food and again....the lady handed me my food was also so polite and kind. It's crazy,honestly. This team here works so well together. It's amazing. This is the way I wish every customer service based company worked. These ladies are definitely headed for bigger things. Thank you for the best service I've ever had.“

“Last night we went to Fazoli’s on Zebulon Rd in Macon. We immediately were treated so well by the staff. The young lady bringing our food to us was very kind! A young man saw us seated and immediately said he would check on our food. He came back a few minutes later to offer freshly shaved cheese for our meals. He was so kind and courteous! We later asked him if he could grab the manager so we could brag on him and it turns out he is the manager. He was bussing tables, delivering food, checking on customers, sweeping floors, etc. that is the true example of a manager. Someone who is willing to jump in the trenches with his staff to ensure all is right. I am very impressed and thankful. The staff at this facility were just wonderful!!! Thanks!!“

“I just wanted to let the manager of this location know that the man working the counter around 2pm today made my whole day. I waddled my heavily-pregnant self up to the counter and told him “I just need a large ice dream cup with as much strawberry topping as you can give me without getting in trouble”. He chuckled and confirmed my order, then made sure to see it through. He brought me the most incredible ice cream cup I have ever gotten from here, with perfect layers of strawberry throughout the whole cup. I know this is such a simple thing, but he really did make my day with his enthusiasm and execution. I wish I knew his name, because he definitely deserves praise for his customer service.“

“Ordered the new saucy nuggets in spicy honey BBQ and they gave me regular so I went back to get a pineapple mango lemonade and ordered another 20 pc. I also got a Parmesan Caesar salad and it was fresh, crisp, and delicious. It was correct. The service was so great I couldn't even be upset. Customer service is a dying field and anytime I have great service I love it and I'm appreciative of the staff.“

“Stopped here after a day at the beach. All of our orders were fresh hot and correct. The Arby's staff was very courteous and helpful when placing our order. The food was delicious as always. From the various Arby's locations in different states that I visited, the great quality taste of an Arby's sandwich has remained, if there ever is a problem with any Arby's that I purchase a sandwich from, that is usually just the staff at that particular Arby's location. The staff at this Arby's location is very helpful and courteous.“

“On 9/27, our family stopped by Cook Out with a long, complicated order and our drive-thru cashier Tarell (probably not spelled correctly) gave excellent service. Not only was she patient and kind, she took time to help us figure out what we needed and had a great attitude. We are food service workers with a combined 30 years of experience, and game recognize game. This woman deserves a raise or at least commendation! She has management potential if she isn’t one already. We will go out of the way to visit this Cook Out because of the positive experience.“

“My girlfriend and I stopped at this location for some ice cream and the man working the register was so very helpful in helping us find the perfect choices. He was honestly the nicest worker I've encountered in a while. He felt so real and caring, well beyond the ordinary level on sincerity others would show. The other staff were also very nice when handing us our ice cream once finished. The ice cream was delicious as well. Over all a great experience. My girlfriend said the incredibly amazing worker's name was "Trail" but we're not sure. Regardless, he deserves the world!“

“Great service. I drive across town just because the Arby's on pionono is very rude. It's not been the first time I've actually tried it out five times and every time they are just terrible to me. Grey highway Arby's is great.“

“There's always a nice worker there taking orders! They get the food right everytime. I usually get the original Arby's roast beef and it always taste fresh. This last time I was craving their Reuben. It was so good and it hit the spot. Their curly fries are crispy and fresh. Definitely a go to spot!“

Parking: The parking area is geared towards drive-thru customers so it's somewhat difficult to find parking spaces, and to park.“

“The food is fine but the establishment is Very messy, napkins thrown all over the place.. specifically today. They need to be more organized about pick ups, they are all over the place and it seems there is no real designated pick up area. We also have to check our food because last time my wife had to wait anyway and they weren't busy, they also had the orders completely incorrect so now they can't be trusted. Also, there is no reason for an employee to be so loud. Work more, talk louder....less. The fact that you can hear her voice over everyone sitting in that place chit chatting is ridiculous.

“Nice little cookie shop and is right on par with Crumbl Cookies in selections and price. Yes, these cookies are more expensive than the grocery store and that's because you're coming to a bakery where they are fresh and have premium cookie options you won't find at the grocery store. I picked out four of the classic (Snickerdoodle, Birthday Cake, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and Peanut Butter) and two of the deluxe cookies (Confetti with White Chocolate and Salted Caramel), and it cost me $18 for them. They were literally the best cookies I've ever had and that says a lot. Highly recommend them if you're in the market to reward and pamper yourself. But if you're looking for cheap cookies go to the grocery store. And they also serve ice cream. :)“

The atmosphere gave you the assurance that the employees really enjoyed their occupations and the setting was very clean showing they took pride in working there. “My work and college are less than a mile away from this location. I love this restaurant. I probably go five times a week. Great staff. Really can’t say enough great things about the people that work there. A million miles above McDonald’s staff. The food is always perfect and affordable for a student like me. Whether I’m eating inside or picking up a mobile order from the drive-thru, my experience is always great. Occasionally they can’t hear through the drive thru speaker, but that’s not their fault. The store manager has really created a pleasant environment. Even if it is a stressful and busy time of the day, they are great. Sometimes even entertaining. I would recommend and choose this location over 95% of fast food restaurants in the area.“

“We were travelling to Orlando from Ontario Canada and stopped in Macon Georgia The subways was attached to the local Walmart. I ordered a Monster Sub and my husband a Meat Lovers. The subs were okay but the staff was slow and not helpful. Would not recommend.“
