“The best Bojangles in Warner Robins, Georgia. The food was hot, well seasoned,delicious & affordable. I was given plenty of condiments & the portions were huge. They have a 8 piece, 2 sides, 4 biscuit, and a half gallon sweet tea special for $21. You can't get a better deal than that at any other chicken restaurant. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't give me any napkins, but I asked for paper plates & they had those.“

“Ice cream good. Fast food service needs improvement. Second time I’ve ordered 4 and 6 piece chicken finger baskets. Both times I received 2-4 piece orders instead. Counting is a must when tanking and preparing orders.“

“I have visited a few times lately and this Cook Out is better than many in our area.

Faster service than others. I also didn't get blasted by a cloud of pot smoke out of the drive thru window like I have at other Cook Outs in Warner Robins, Macon, and McDonough. Huge plus!

Most of my food was cooked right, only one burger was burnt on the edges, something a lot of Cook Out locations have been having trouble with for a while now. All the sides have been cooked better than average too. At other locations they leave the cheese bites in the grease until they bust open and burn the cheese on the outside of the batter.

This place is better than many other Cook Outs in the area and is not far off from 5 stars!“

“I love DQ, but please put enough gravy in the basket meals for the meal please? My husband just picked up three four piece meals. He had enough gravy for one strip, I had enough for two, and our son had enough for one. The combined cups wouldn’t have filled one. Little things….“

“Gregory on the left and Jaylen on the right knocked it out of the park today I needed a low-carb lettuce wrap and they had it no behold it was everything on it delicious cheese and all the fries were playful and very crispy and delicious. “Food was hot and delicious. The fried okra were stringy but other than that they were wonderful. I'd love to try them again without the strings. The tenders were well seasoned and had a great flavor. The milkshakes were good as well. Quick service. The staff could have been a little friendlier but they weren't horrible. We will return.“

“I only get the steak or spicy chicken biscuits with Bo rounds but they are so good. We don't have Bojangles in Macon any longer( the service was awful in Macon) so when we are in Warner Robins we will stop and get some for the next couple of days. Always so good and the service at this one is really great.😊“

As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“The location on the Russell extension is one of the best fast food options in Houston county. Their facility is always very clean and the food is fresh and hot when received. The people who work there are friendly and their service is fantastic. They offer healthier foods like non-fried fish 🐟 options, baked potatoes 🥔 and broccoli! 🥦 Their broccoli looks and tastes more like home cooked and is delicious!“

“Service was good,fast,bathrooms clean food good .there are also 2 kiosks to order from inside ...the big downside to the experience was there are no tvs .tvs are so inexpensive now,if you hang a couple of 65in tvs on each end it just gives the place a modern,up to date feeling even if they aren't being watched at that time.they used to have several in this store,but I did notice they were mostly never working or connected to any thing playing .I mean just connected to a roku or free service would be fine for 700$ you could enrich the atmosphere greatly that would last for years can't think of a better investment for the owners the added business from customers would pay for it all quickly I know when I go to Burger King I will drive farther to visit the newly remodeled one on watson blv.it has charge ports,and multiple TVs playing different sport events and news“

“There is another Wendy's closer to me, but this one is my go-to. My order is always correct, the food is always prepared in a timely manner, the staff is very polite, and the restaurant is very well kept. You can tell this one is actually managed like a restaurant should be.“

“It's been years since I went to a Steak and Shake because the last one was awful. Dirty, slow and just bad. This one, however, is emaculate. Clean, friendly and just fantastic. We just got shakes this time but will definitely be returning. You can see the guy cooking smash burgers and it flung a craving on me!

“I did a survey a couple hours ago, not even 3 minutes later, the manager called me and solved the problem extremely professionally. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. Thankfully the manager said the they will remake my whole order for me. Khayi, was extremely professional, thank you.“

“The drive through experience is...well let's just say, the people who take the orders in the drive through need to spend some time outside to understand how bad the conversation sounds to customers so they know to not rush and miss half the conversation when there is a lag between what comes out of their mouth, through their microphone and to the low quality spoaker system. They usually forget to add a spot for the walking taco, so be sure to ask for one as you cannot eat it without an utensil. . The staff of generally. friendly and the food is always hot“

“On the last visit there was plenty of food and no wait for things to be finished cooking. The only thing I would change is to remove Styrofoam from the line. Hot food on styrofoam is not good for you.
Tables to eat here are very limited so you might have a bit of difficulty finding a place to eat if it's busy.

“Great place that will fix any mistake they make! My husband went in last week and they forgot to add meat to his sandwich, but he went on about his merry way. Went back in today and they remembered him/ the mistake and corrected it by giving him his sandwich for free! He is more than happy!!“
