She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

The people who work there are friendly and their service is fantastic. The bread is fresh and tasty and, since I always get the number 13 combo (and it is far from unlucky), it is a protein monster. There's five different cold cuts on this thing and it has the complexity of a nice Zinfandel as you have all those flavors of ham and prosciuttini and cappacuolo and salami and pepperoni wrestling around with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce and The Juice.
