The chicken parm sub was a big letdown compared to the last sub we tried from Firehouse. The chicken balls are too firm and the sandwhich as a whole was salty. -- I don't think this was anything that the people working here did - just a subpar sub. -- Others from here have been good though.

Let me start that I love Firehouse. But this one needs help. They were Out of multiple items; Tea, Coke, meatballs, onions, napkins. No liners in the trash cans which were out on the floor open along with the empty tea container on the floor empty. Mats rolled up next to the door. It appears that they had just opened early only to find out they had been open for an hour and a half. Only four customers including ourselves were in the building. Took the Italian, wow it was awesome. I was expecting Subway-ish sub... Nope, it was the next level ? We have no Firehouse in Canada. The closest is maybe Quiznos, but it's not even close for sub quality. The limeade was not too bad, but no lime taste at all. I will go back for sure ✌️
