Went to fazoli's 3 months ago with family we ordered the classic sampler which is amazing we had some great convos it was great vibes and then the waiter came over short dude about 5’6 smelled nice and all good personality.As he was serving my meat sauce pasta. Our order is to be picked up at the drive-through window so I don’t feel that my family can definitively comment on the ambiance of Fazoli’s Restaurant Atmosphere.I do, however, want to Thank the staff member for the kind consideration we received tonight while placing our rather convoluted & particular requests.She also remembered my & my Spouse’s last name.Our Son is a picky eater and I top that moniker considerably. Enjoyed a quiet lunch here the other day, the spicy ziti was great. The stuffed shells were a bit too stuffed for me but still pretty good. I don't know what the cake was that my bf ordered but it was delicious! The staff was very polite and helpful.
