I came in and I had an excellent experience. The food was delicious and my server, Karen, was great. Friendly and attentive. She made sure my family enjoyed everything from the salad, drinks, and pizza. I will definately come back and ask for Karen. 5 stars?
I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Johnny's New York Pizzeria. We spent $114 on dinner and received some of the worst service we’ve ever had.
After our garlic knots were delivered, our waitress completely disappeared. We didn’t receive a single drink refill for the rest of the meal. I even tried making it obvious by loudly sipping from an empty cup full of ice and saying I needed a drink — and still no one came. Other servers walked by our table multiple...read full review
