“Had lunch at our favorite Freedy's on Lake Joy today and I have had good food and service there many times before, but today Maya took our order and was bye far the most pleasant friendly young woman we have had the pleasure of dealing with there. That is a 5 star employee, she leads by example and Customer Service. All business could use help such as hers. THANK YOU Maya.“

“Haylie took my order, she was very fast and attentive. She also refilled my drink. Asked about sauces, and made sure I was satisfied with my order. I appreciate places like this chic fil a that hire good employees.“

“I just had lunch at the smiles flea market at Los comales spot and it was amazing very good food love it 100% priced just right“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“Everyone there is so nice. I'm a customer and a Door dasher and I'm in there almost daily. It's my favorite one!“

“Miss Katie and her staff did an amazing job. The restaurant is very clean. It smells good. The workers are clean looking. Miss Katie is very professional. I’m just so pleased and happy with my service. This probably has to be the best Bojangles locations that they have in the whole United States. Miss Katie took her time with me because I was having a hard time finding the restaurant ..when I got there, she was sweet and professional and like I say that the restaurant is so clean thank you so much Miss Katie into your staff you guys are doing a great job.“

“Yesterday was my first time at Culver’s and it was such a great experience!! The food was hot and fresh and just so delicious! No other fast food nearby is like this. And the employees did a great job especially the girl who was my cashier, Anna was so respectful and made sure to help me out with decision making and was very patient!! She was so sweet and that was just so refreshing especially in fast food. I plan to come back as soon as possible!“

“The recruiting, hiring, and training practices of Chick-fil-A seem to always yield the brightest, kindest, and most welcoming employees. I've never had less than a wonderful experience, either inside the restaurant or in the drive-through line. The food is consistently delicious, and my order has always been correct, even down to the sauces, utensils, and napkins. Your employees epitomize professionalism in the workplace and instill the confidence in me that my next visit will be as pleasant as the times before. Thank you.“

“I love Hardee’s... I don’t go there often and now I question myself why because this was such a great lunch, experience and the Drive Thru cashier was excellent great hospitality... I will be putting them on my weekly outings for now on... Thank you so much“

“I only get the steak or spicy chicken biscuits with Bo rounds but they are so good. We don't have Bojangles in Macon any longer( the service was awful in Macon) so when we are in Warner Robins we will stop and get some for the next couple of days. Always so good and the service at this one is really great.😊“

“Ice cream good. Fast food service needs improvement. Second time I’ve ordered 4 and 6 piece chicken finger baskets. Both times I received 2-4 piece orders instead. Counting is a must when tanking and preparing orders.“

“Walked over after standing in Chipotle’s line for 15 min. Probably the cleanest 5 guys I have walked into. All the tables were so clean they looked like they were shinning, floor was spotless, even the restroom was super clean Staff was friendly and attentive. And the food was delicious.“

“I have been in 3 times. 2 times I ordered at the counter and one time for pick up. EVERYTHING has been perfectly fresh and the service has been outstanding. I LOVE seeing everyone helping each other in there! Only downside... I can't eat more! Portion sizes are GREAT for the price! Tried the Louisiana Cajun fries today... 🤤🤤 Definitely recommend! Thanks for the continued great service!“

“The location on the Russell extension is one of the best fast food options in Houston county. Their facility is always very clean and the food is fresh and hot when received. The people who work there are friendly and their service is fantastic. They offer healthier foods like non-fried fish 🐟 options, baked potatoes 🥔 and broccoli! 🥦 Their broccoli looks and tastes more like home cooked and is delicious!“

“The food was amazing, I had the Mac and cheese bowl with grilled chicken and we even tried the strawberry & cheesecake and chocolate brownie jar desserts! Ms Angie at the front counter was the sweetest soul, Her smile and positive attitude are contagious! Thank you Ms Angie! Definitely a great stop for the food, atmosphere, and the people!“

“Hear me out! 😁 Not only does Steak and Shake fry their food in beef tallow and their beef is grass fed, BUT they have tallow skin care!!! What??!!! The one in Warner Robins has great food and the best manager, Qytarah, (she gave us a hug 🥹) If you want a great burger, awesome shake AND skincare, go to Steak and Shake!! You're welcome!!“

“every time I stop at the Hardee's in Byron they never disappoint! they are super fast and friendly and make sure I'm not late to work!“

“Great place that will fix any mistake they make! My husband went in last week and they forgot to add meat to his sandwich, but he went on about his merry way. Went back in today and they remembered him/ the mistake and corrected it by giving him his sandwich for free! He is more than happy!!“

“Good food and good experience ❤️❤️❤️“

“I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Devin, who was my server. His positivity and patience were truly outstanding, and it was clear he extended that same kindness to other customers, even while taking phone orders. Devin's welcoming, outgoing, and funny attitude really created an amazing atmosphere. He's definitely a standout and one of the best employees in the Arby’s team!“

“To whomever made my bean burrito tonight (7/12/26 12:30am), may your kindness be returned tenfold, your shifts go by quickly, and your burrito-folding hands be forever blessed. You may have just been making a burrito, but you delivered a perfectly wrapped moment of joy. The tortilla was secure, the beans were balanced, the red sauce was applied with the precision of a true artisan. Taco Bell should be proud.“

“First time having Firehouse Subs and I will definitely go back! Sub was delicious. The amount of options on the menu is perfect. They offered a great hello when we entered. And the service was fast.“

“Maravilloso“

“This is the best Wendy’s location I’ve ever visited. All of the employees were extremely polite. We were immediately greeted by several employees upon entering. Eric took our order and was very polite and helpful, even coming to check on us once we were seated. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was perfect. We will definitely stop at this location again when passing through.“

“Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop.
I don't even know why. It is just so simple. Yet the sandwiches are so, so good. The bread is fresh and tasty and, since I always get the number 13 combo (and it is far from unlucky), it is a protein monster. There's five different cold cuts on this thing and it has the complexity of a nice Zinfandel as you have all those flavors of ham and prosciuttini and cappacuolo and salami and pepperoni wrestling around with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce and The Juice. It is absolutely divine.

The folks making your sandwich are great people, too. They don't ignore you when you come in and they do a great job of taking care of you.“

“Love the breakfast platter“

“My son recently visited this Nu‑Way and was literally overjoyed by how kind everyone was—along with the delicious food, of course. He even called me while he was there, and I could hear the warmth coming through the phone. Employee Lisha was absolutely fabulous, and my son was right—she really was “so nice.” Thank you, Nu‑Way, for continuing a tradition that means so much to our family. You’ve been a staple for my mother since she was a girl, and now you’re becoming one for the next generation. That kind of consistency, care, and kindness truly matters.“

“The manager Star and the cashier in the window were extremely nice and kind. They made sure that me and my mom were well taken care of before leaving with dinner tonight. They made my trip enjoyable and I will definitely be returning. The cook on the grill and fry were on point too! Thanks for dinner!!!!“

“An the food was awesome..I'm passing through from Dallas and I must say"Zaxbys"are on my list of to go places when in town!!#THANKSZAXBY'S“

“The drive through experience is...well let's just say, the people who take the orders in the drive through need to spend some time outside to understand how bad the conversation sounds to customers so they know to not rush and miss half the conversation when there is a lag between what comes out of their mouth, through their microphone and to the low quality spoaker system. They usually forget to add a spot for the walking taco, so be sure to ask for one as you cannot eat it without an utensil. . The staff of generally. friendly and the food is always hot“

“Can I sign up on the app?“

“I really just wanted to acknowledge how friendly and professional the staff was on this particular night. They had a pretty long line, yet they kept it friendly and got my order right. The young lady at the pick up window in the drive thru was wonderful. Her pleasant attitude and friendly demeanor would definitely make you want to come again.“

“An immense expression of gratitude and appreciation to the exceptional team of champions — Dante, Kyra, Beauty, Brent, Danielle, Elliot, and Trycee. Your remarkable presence, outstanding professionalism, and extraordinary dedication distinguish you from the ordinary. The level of excellence, positive energy, and genuine commitment you bring creates an unforgettable experience. Keep elevating the standard and continuing to be the phenomenal individuals who make a true difference.“

“I order food at Zaxbys about once or twice a week. I would just like to say that most of my experiences have been positive. Everyone is efficient and polite. I must brag on a young lady by the name of Trystan who is usually at the window when I pick up. She is always smiling and very professional. Her superior service and positive attitude always make it a very pleasant experience.“

“We eat here pretty regularly, and the food is always really, really good. Comes out hot and super fresh. However, the owner is probably going to yell at you. I don’t think any of it is personal, and it definitely took me aback at first. She is very busy, and doesn’t have time for pleasantries. Just know in advance!“

“First time going, and I have to say One of the most Best experiences in my lifetime, and I must say the milkshake is
one of the best shake I ever tasted, If you ever want something That will not disappoint, you should come here.I deeply advise People to come here,The cashier Harmoni was super Nice.“

“I am a Krystal fan of over 50 years. The area of the country I live in Now does not have crystals so when I get back to the southeast I always seek them out. However, lately it seems like the people that work there don't want to be there and waiting on you is a problem. This isn't everyone I've dealt with but probably 75%.“

“I did a survey a couple hours ago, not even 3 minutes later, the manager called me and solved the problem extremely professionally. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. Thankfully the manager said the they will remake my whole order for me. Khayi, was extremely professional, thank you.“

“Thank you Ben and the cashier tonight for fixing our order for our Cobb salads . Your customer service is top notch . Thank you The way you treated me on the phone and treated my husband in person was greatly appreciated!“

“My first time back with the Zax in 3 years and boy did this Zaxbys live up to all the expectations. Everything was prepared quickly and was delivered hot right to my table. The hostess even helped me order the food I wanted in a way that saved some money. I’ll def be coming back for the sauce 🔥 and the chicken🍗 and the great vibes 👍🏽 with the nicest staff there is. Thanks team for satisfying my long time craves 😋“

“It has been years since I have been to the Hut. So, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. My order was accurate, the food quality was great, and my customer service experience was good. The place itself could definitely use some updating. Overall a great experience and I will be going back.“

“This is one of our favourite sub places Food is always fresh and delicious....today we were greeted when we came in and I want to give a special recognition to Carlos excellent employee !!!! He came out offered to refill our drinks get are trash and make sure that everything was good..... this town needs more employees like Carlos also everybody worked together as a team at this location make it a 10 🌟 Star.....THANKS CARLOS God Bless you and your future !!!“

“The Assistant Manager, Queen, always has excellent customer service! She’s always kind, respectful, professional & ensures the accuracy of the orders. The crew that works with her are great as well! Queen should be the regional training manager for all locations! I literally do not service the Perry location as we have had constant issues from the food to the service! Workers need to go to the Lake Joy location to receive training from Queen! Just wanted to recognize the top tier service received from Queen each visit, thank you!“

“Since the new AI drive thru, checkers has taken the #1 spot in drive thru rankings hands down the system had super hearing and can hear you and the occupants speaking even when almost whispering, and sorts all the chaos of different people speaking and ordering in an instant.it never miss heard or asks you to repeat .you hear it clearly back.the food comes fast with more manpower able to start the order instead of dealing with ordering.i always like cheddars foods and they also stay open later than any other place.also it's cheaper than any other place.simple as that why go any place else?“

“Love their Pizza! John (works the register) took my order and was very pleasant and friendly. The delivery guy Nelson was also pleasant and prompt with my pizza! I have been ordering from them a long long time!“

“Jessica helped me with my family's order today, and she was so friendly. She was very helpful with the menu when I had questions, and she was very patient with me as I shuffled through my phone to get everyone's order correct. She made our experience pleasant. Thank you, Jessica!!“
