Everyone was happy
Just passing through & needed gas & food. Stopping at the Pilot/Arbys did the trick !
As soon as we stepped up to the counter to order, Timothy greeted us with the most welcoming experience !
I asked his favorite sandwich & he immediately suggested the Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Very delicious…with the exception of the chicken being cooked just a little too long (it almost kinda had a burnt flavor) !?! BUT, still a good taste !!!

When you're employees talk about the customers they should make sure they are right. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals with curly fries and 2 cups of cheddar and a French dip meal with curly fries. Got the bag and everything was in the bag except the 2 cups of cheddar the cashier asked the kitchen for a 2 cup because only one was there the one who handed me the bag said that I already had the cheddar in the bag and I showed her it indeed wasn't in the bag she still didn't admit...read full review

Arby's is a convenient stop for travelers, especially those using Flix bus services, which stops at a modern and clean Pilot gas station with an attached Arby's. The food is cooked fresh and can take a few minutes, but it's usually hot and surprisingly good. Some staff members, like Neena, are pleasant and provide good customer service. The night crew is described as friendly, helpful, and respectful, even during busy times. The dining area is clean, and the sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and soulful. The self-serve sauces, including the three-pepper sauce, are great. Overall, Arby's is usually a good spot for a meal, and with the friendly and attentive staff, it can provide a satisfying dining experience.
