Horrible service, girl suggested I couldn’t use my coupons for just a sandwich, had to get combos... got attitude when I questioned a total $5 over what it should have been. Then I opened my mushroom burger and found six or seven scraps of mushroom, not one entire piece to be found. As if someone spitefully went back and removed them, leaving the residue, when I questioned the order. Never get my business again.

Hardee's in Byron, GA offers a different atmosphere with great service and great food. The biscuit and gravy, breakfast burrito, and star spangled banner biscuits were delicious. The restaurant is a busy store right off the interstate. The chicken tenders, including the 15 pc tenders, were hot and fresh and everyone loved them. The super bacon biscuit had fresh biscuit and good portioning of bacon, and the strawberry shake was loved. Food is described as amazing, super soft, warm, and good all around. The crew from the front counter to the kitchen provides top-notch customer service with prompt, friendly greetings, clear and efficient service, attentive staff, accurate orders delivered with a smile, and team-wide teamwork. Employees are nice, and the cashier and assistant manager were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The only issues were waiting at the register for a while, sticky floors, and tables that looked like they were cleaned with a not so clean towel. Overall, Hardee's has raised the bar.
