incredible service and high quality treats & food!
Great place, but the cops loitering in Byron makes everything less desirable. Go DQ!

At Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, customers have had mixed experiences. Some faced long wait times in the drive-thru, with no apologies for delays, while others praised the friendly service from a worker on the job for seven days straight. On the downside, there were discrepancies in operating hours, leading to confusion for arriving customers. It seems like the restaurant has both room for improvement and potential for great service.
