“Have eaten at Jack’s several times since opening. Today, I had the BLT Grilled Chicken salad: loved it! The salad was “made when ordered”, not “pre-made”, sitting in a cooler. I have had milkshakes, chicken and burgers: like them all. Food is hot and tasty.“
“Zaxby’s has always provided great food and customer service. While I actually ate dinner at the Zaxby’s in Eastman, I wanted to say thank you to the Cochran Zaxby’s for sponsoring my son’s post game dinner when ACE played Dodge County . Classy move - thank you!“

“Everyone except a few workers are nice. They always have an attitude about everything. There is even post on Facebook about the service and how rude the cashier's are. I understand fast food is hectic but it cost nothing to smile. It's your job to wait on me not get mad because I ask for napkins or a straw.“

“I stop in at this location on my way to a party and received some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time Mrs Dawn was very patient with me taking my order because I asked about all the current specials we found the best one for me and was made cooked and given to me with a smile please don’t ever change I definitely will be back“
