“The service here is great! The manager Brett at this store goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied, me and my wife did an online order and had a medium BBQ brisket pizza on the order and upon arriving home we found it wasn't the right pizza but it turns out the option for that pizza online shouldn't be there because the store doesn't have that kind of pizza so we were given the opportunity to keep the pizza that was already made and also had a medium pizza of our choice made to satisfy our order and a soda was given for our trouble on top of it. I did not ask for all of this but Brett was happy to offer it all and stated that it was his job to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I'm very happy with the Cochran pizzahut and would give more stars if I could!!“

“Tonight, Oct 6. 2023. Dominos totally ruined my our night. We ordered a 3 topping pizza 50% off along with garlic wings and a salad on line. Had already started eating the salad, opened up the pizza box and the pizza only had cheese on it. No toppings. Called and told them the problem. Had to put my salad in the refrigerator and drive back into town to pick up the replacement pizza. Got there and they were charging us for that pizza because we didn't order it on line. It was not another pizza order. It was the pizza we had already paid for and was a replacement. We ended up up bringing the cold cheese pizza back home and informed Dominos that that we he the last order that would be coming out of that window for us. Totally disgusted with the service or lack there of that we received tonight.“
