Unfortunately we're trying to take Zaxby's up on their offer extended to us of a free meal we had issues with the staff to entertain the idea that that issues may arise so by the time that I receive my food it was cold sauce or even a straw.

The past few months this store hasn't been that great. They charge for extra sauce and EVERY single time they never give it to us. The fries are always soggy and seasoned very unevenly. The store used to be great, but seems to be just going down hill.
