Orders online with a pickup time of 3:15. It’s 3:40 now and I’m just leaving. A complete waste of time to use online ordering here 🤬
The past 3 times we have been there we have been shorted something from our order. We order online and we arrive later than the time tells us on the app and our food still isn’t ready. This store use to be a good one but now it’s going downhill quick. I won’t be returning to Davis Dr store, I will try Booth Rd from now own.

Based on multiple reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings provides a great experience with fresh, hot food and excellent service. The app is extremely user friendly for redeeming rewards. Service is quick even during a busy lunch, and the dining room turns over quickly, though the parking lot is small and busy. Everything is prepared quickly and delivered hot right to the table. The staff is friendly, attentive, and has a great attitude. One young lady with long blonde hair and a beautiful smile was particularly pleasant and humble. Another kind worker helped a half asleep customer get an order just right. The food is amazing as always, and the sauce and chicken are great. While orders may take a little longer than expected, the food is hot and fresh. However, the floors are very concerning; the tiles are uneven and extremely slippery, needing to be degreased ASAP to prevent injury.
