Cathy was exceptionally professional, understanding, and kind, when she came over to our table, to talk with us. She actually thanked me, for letting her know of our issue. As she said "she can't know things are going on, if she's not made aware" So please, before leaving negative reviews on here..please, take a minute to reach out to Cathy, beforehand. “Every dish I get from the Pond is delicious! I had the pecan-crusted rainbow trout, the sea bass, the rib-eye steak, the Sunday brunch, and the lunch buffet! Not to mention the Dirty Martini they make is the best I've had in a while! The wine was excellent too!”

“The restaurant is one of my favorites places to grab a bite to eat and relax. When you walk in, the staff would greet you warmly, and present the. The food is amazing and worth the wait.
There's an area to watch Netflix if you want to watch something while either waiting on your order or relaxing.
If it's your first time, they'll allow you taste their house special drinks. I can't choose which one is my favorite, they're all great.
When you get an opportunity, stop by and enjoy the Caribbean love.”

“Visited the Potwah Kitchen yesterday for the first time. We will definitely be back! Ordered the oxtails with rice and peas and Mac n cheese as the sides. Delicious! Also ordered the jerk chicken rasta pasta. Was not disappointed. The smoky, jerk seasoned pasta and chicken was excellent. The flavors were amazing. The balance of the jerk and smoke from the chicken along with the peppers and onion made the dish one where you want to stop eating, but it is just that good. Also tried the roti. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The atmosphere takes you back to the island. We played pool, could have played dominoes, but it food was ready. The service was friendly and helpful. We had a great experience all around. If you have not tried Potwah Kitchen, check it out.”

Went here last week and although the food was delicious, the selections haven’t changed in well over 10 years, the staff isn’t friendly and let’s be honest, the restaurant is filthy all the way around. Sure it’s a hole in the wall but let’s clean it up some and get some food options on the buffet.”

“The cook that made our food must have been trained by Gordon Ramsey because it was the best Sunday all-star meal I’ve ever eaten in my life. Bacon was crispy, eggs over medium were cooked perfectly, toast buttered just right. My grits were on point. My wife’s food was just as good. Hash browns were perfect, usually a lil too oily for my liking at this establishment, but these weren’t. Sausage was perfectly cooked nice crust yet not over cooked. Waffle was perfectly cooked and fluffy. And my food was all to-go. Just had to leave a review which I never do. Great job y’all.”

The main bar area is really great with pool, foosball, air hockey and just a nice atmosphere to hang with people. I got the kids meal for the kiddos - 7 inch pizza, with 1 scoop gelato and drink and I got a personal pie. Kids liked that they could choose their own toppings and they were given dough to play with. The workers were nice and efficient. The gelato were almost empty and I wish the scoop was bigger. Ample seating. Limited parking since it's shared with other buildings. Overall I enjoyed it but it's cheaper to just buy a big pie somewhere else. This is more for a different feel.”

“I had an experience Friday night @11pm on the 24th at this location. I ordered pork chops eggs and hash browns. The food had too much oil very greasy. The food was also cold and my eggs was taken and laid on top of the grill instead of being freshly cooked. I told the chef or the cooker that it was not to my lacking but I would pay for the coffee. I did pay for the beverage. Unfortunately, they wanted me to still accept the food and pay them 10% of whatever the cost of the food was. I declined. Since I declined to not pay for the meal or saying that I would not pay for the meal, they in return took my tag number and called Warner Robins Police Dept on me. When the officer arrived he asked for my side of the story I advised him that I would not be paying for the food .. At the end of the conversation, the officer had listened to both sides advising the manager , it would not be his right to make me stay away. He told her the establishment would need to do it. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life for just a plate of food. this totally embarrassed me for the law to be called on me..”
