“I'm not a typical coffee house, coffee drink drinker ordering can be intimidating cause I really don't know what to get but I love scooters coffee I just tell them what I like and they make it just perfectly. I always get the blended French vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso.
It's got tons of flavor. It's a good price and the staff is super nice. I go at least twice a week now.“

“Kayla made my night! It was really cold before the Kroger closed and I’m 6 months pregnant, I went in for something warm and she was more than willing to help! Got a warm grande caramel latte and was able to warm up while I waited for my ride! Highly reccomend!“

“On a Saturday this placed opened 10 minutes late,
Then we are greeted by a young lady that said it was going to be a 10 minute wait because she was alone. And then she made our one and only drink wrong. When we tried telling her she wouldn’t listen and kept insisting it was correct, it was for my 10 year old daughter. She gave it a try but it didn’t look like the drink or taste like the drink. She hated it, so after a brief visit to Lowe’s we circled back around because I was going to just get my money back because my daughter wasn’t drinking it. Would you believe that when we got back there 40 min later after we originally received it mind you, they were closed again. At 12:40 pm on a Saturday.

The owner reached out to me after this review and made things right for my daughter. She loves the Oreo wows and they replaced it no problem. I appreciate that and I hope you guys get staffed! Thank you for making my little one happy.“

“I always get my food hot, fresh, and fast.
My coffee is always made perfectly, and the staff is always nice and respectable.
I normally stop at this Dunkin' in-particular before work, and they've never disappointed.

“Let’s talk about my experience.
So, as well all know the pokemon collab with Krispy Kreme went CRAZY and scalpers will scalp. I was able to snag 2 cups for my wife and I before they ran out u til their supplier gave them more inventory. Well I have 3 little girls who, once they seen our cups asked for one and I am the mama to do everything I can for my girls. I went back not once, not twice but three times and everytime they were sold out. Now, even with the craze the staff was always super nice, never seemed annoyed or frustrated with the amount of times I came up looking for said product. The 4th time I went to inquire I got to talking to Ariella and she asked how many times I’ve been looking and come up empty handed, I told her. I never asked for special treatment just asked if they knew when they would get more, of course they didn’t know until they got it. She offered to take my name and my number and let me know when they had arrived. And wouldn’t you know it the very next morning I got a phone call but I’m not up before the sun lol and a text letting me know they were in! As I took my girls to school we stopped in and that moment time stopped, I took in my kids excitement and the joy and the laughs that followed, a priceless moment honestly. Ariella went above and beyond her job to help me make something happen for my girls and for that I am eternally grateful. The staff in general is very pleasant to deal with and the store is always clean! Thank yall 🫶🏽💙 Keep up the good work!“
