Horrible customer service. I went through the drive-thru today and my salad was rung up incorrectly. I called and spoke to their manager on shift, named Tan and she was very defensive saying the box was clear and I should’ve seen that the order was wrong. On top of that, the tenders were cold! Seems like they were sitting under a warming lamp. The fact that she was defensive and made it seem like it was my fault that they got order wrong, they have truly lost a customer! My daughter became violently sick after eating here today. She's never been sick like this. Vomiting off and on for several hours now
This is my favorite place! The customer service is always great, the food is excellent quality and always fresh, and the lemonade is amazing! We eat here as often as we can! ❤️
