I gotta tell ya…once upon a time Popeyes was my go-to fried chicken joint. Those days are looooong gone! To Popeyes: your brand was built on SPICY chicken regardless of what the local neighborhood typically orders. That said, the bait-and-switch of your employees putting “regular “ chicken in place of spicy for the sake of convenience is beyond frustrating! Drive thru. Love the chicken sandwich
Somehow no pattern what town or area, Popeyes manages to run a slow ship at times. This day they had a full crew but several customers besides me were waiting on items to complete their order, but there appeared to be no actual leader in the store, and half the crew was goofing off. At other times depending who is working the service is very friendly so I am not sure where the management is some days.
