It takes an hour plus to have my food made and delivered or picked up if I have to get it. My dasher is waiting for more than 45 mins if I order on DoorDash and I’m waiting for 30+ mins if I go pick it up. I placed an online DoorDash order today an hour and a half before they closed and guess what?!!!! I never got it because they took so long to make the order. My dasher for the order kept getting switched out because of how long they were taking. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!! DEMOLISH THE RESTAURANT AND PUT SOMETHING ELSE THERE!!!

Worst experience ever. We ordered online, and it took over an hour for our food. We ordered a coke, diet coke and 2 teas. We got all teas and when I complained he told me that's not what I ordered so I showed him receipt and he proceeded to tell me the coke machine was broke. We got home missing half our sauce. Took a bite out of our spicy chicken sandwiches and realized they taste funny so I drove back up there. Told them and they made fresh ones, unfortunately the same thing so I proceeded to open the bun and

The evening crew I thinks is lazy, they do not want to cook the food just to serve what is there that the early crew cooks. My husband went to get a fish sandwich he was told they were out of fish I bought a fish sandwich from the earlier crew, then I went to make another order they were out of fries at 5:45pm. We left and went to another location and got what we needed.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour for a 3pc tender meal, and a shrimp with tender combo. Cars before us were waiting and some even got their orders before this two meal order. Had my partner wait inside for another 15 minutes before they even acknowledged we were still waiting. Absolutely pissed. Can’t even comment on quality of food. Hire some more people or shut this joke down.

We stopped for a bite to eat. We ordered in the drive-thru. Two blackened chicken sandwiches. One plain the other without a bun. After 36 minutes of sitting where they had me pull up, I walked in to wait on our order. Finally someone acknowledged my presence, she said my order wasn’t ready yet. When my order was ready, I repeated it back to her. One plain and one without a bun. She tells me that she made a “classic” and not plain and that it would be another 10 minutes of waiting if I sent it back. I was frustrated, yet still friendly. We won’t be back.

Bad services ever. I went to drive-thru and took us almost an hour to get done. Getting out walking like not want to give us a food. Walk away with our food and throw our food. :) the staffs so rude and not clean.

The chicken was just so so. My wife's fish sandwich was more breading than fish. The fish has definitely changed in the last year. The air conditioning was blowing directly down anywhere you sat.

Just go to Zaxby’s or literally anywhere else. Placed an order for pickup over 1.5 hours in advance and they had no idea when I showed up. Still had to wait 30 more minutes and they couldn’t care less. Poor girl at the front was the only one working - 4 other people just standing around INCLUDING THE MANAGER. No food ready or being prepped, she did everything herself. How is this place open?
