“The service is fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes they are out of flavors, but there are so many choices that it's easy to pick something else. They have some dye-free options including strawberry and vanilla. They have the Dole-whip in pineapple and mango. It's a neat little place tucked off of Russell Pkwy. The building may be a bit old, but it still has several years of fun frozen treats ahead.“
“Went thru drive thru tonight about 1045pm. Was greeted and order taken time I got to the speaker. Pulled around and was greeted by Dylan. He was great!!! Asked me how I was doing all while taking my payment and giving me my drinks. He is awesome!!! Our food was fresh and hot and correctly made. Haven't eaten CookOut in a while so I will definitely be back! Thanks again Dylan for the great experience!!! I'm sorry I needed to add cutos to the Kitchen staff and management that was working that night. The food and service was on point!“
“They have a great variety of things to choose from. The people there didn't seem very happy and it took a while to get our order, we were the only customers at the time. It's very small inside and not very welcoming. We enjoyed what we ordered. The Elote en vaso and mangonada. It was a little pricey, but good.“
“Customer Service was excellent with what they have to work with as the Drive thru speaker doe NOT work so drive to window to order. The lady at the window gave me the opinion that the speaker has been out of order a long time. The owner needs to spend a little $ and repair it because it's not pleasant when it's pouring down rain and cold. Food was pretty good, I could finally taste the cheese because I ordered extra cheese and onion because I ordered extra of those too. Weird thing was one side of the hotdog was warm and the other side was cool to the touch . My hamburger patty was VERY dry. They can do better.I'll be back because they're several miles closer than the other location but if I had a choice, I'd go to the one in Stantan plaza on Watson Blvd if I'm closer.“
“This is one of my favorite spots in WR. I am going to sorely miss it after I move.Parking: Lots of parking around back if none is readily available up front.Kid-friendliness: Not a stuffy or serious atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible.“
“Appreciated K Love radio piped in. Way better than a blaring TV. Had a cheeseburger with cole slaw. That was a first. It took time to cook, which is fine; cooked to order. Patty was fairly thick. Wish the condiments weren't behind the counter. Not very convenient. Pleasant interior. Air Force-themed with a log cabin-y look. Not a bad place to stop by for lunch.“
“The food is delicious and exceeded our expectations BIG time! Everything we got was delicious, hot and fresh! The flavor on the chicken breast was incredible. Brought me back to my childhood cookouts in Florida just from the smell char. The veggies were fresh, the dipping sauces are AMAZING! On top of everything the customer service was outstanding!“
“I haven't been here since 2010. I loved getting the bratwurst here, with the warm gooey melty cheese sauce on top (chef's kiss btw). I'm so sad to see this place go. It was a big part of my childhood and a cornerstone to the Warner Robins community. Happy TrailsKid-friendliness: A laid back family friendly atmosphere“
