“My son recently visited this Nu‑Way and was literally overjoyed by how kind everyone was—along with the delicious food, of course. He even called me while he was there, and I could hear the warmth coming through the phone. Employee Lisha was absolutely fabulous, and my son was right—she really was “so nice.” Thank you, Nu‑Way, for continuing a tradition that means so much to our family. You’ve been a staple for my mother since she was a girl, and now you’re becoming one for the next generation. That kind of consistency, care, and kindness truly matters.“

“I’ve always loved Cook Out, but I had to leave a review because of Tyrel! She provided amazing service and was so easy to communicate with. If you know how Cook Out drive-thrus can be sometimes 😂, you know that’s saying something! She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience great. Definitely deserves some recognition!“
