“This Cook Out is the most clutch fast food in Macon hands down in my opinion. Considering I can get a double burger out west style with cheese, 2 chicken wraps and a milkshake for under $11!? You can't get that deal anywhere. According to their nutrition facts spreadsheet, that's like 80g protein, making it an ideal treat post workout. The service is pretty consistent, they're polite and to the point. I typically go late and they get through the line fast, and it always looks like they're working hard in there. Another good thing for me is they don't have that stupid 9'0" clearance pole that my van can't go under that other drive thru's have. I am grateful for this Cook Out, not going to lie, I didn't believe the hype in Atlanta but I get it now.“
“I first ate at this Nu-Way location on Northside over 30 years ago. It's easy to overlook this Nu-Way, but this location has been there for over 35 years. This particular location is one of the few Nu-Way's where I actually eat inside. Normally, I prefer the drive-thru, but the cars can quickly create a long line. I enjoy the slaw dogs and hot dogs all the way.“
“Recently went through the drive thru and didn’t receive all of my food. Total miscommunication as I placed the order separately, so mistakes happen. Also my fault for not checking I had all of my items before leaving. I called after realizing and spoke to the manager Elijah. He was very kind, apologetic and professional! He took my name and order and when I went to claim my food the next evening, the two ladies working the drive thru window were beyond amazing! My remade order was perfect and fresh and the customer service was top tier. Management and staff were awesome! Thanks so much!“

“Nu-way's slogan is "I'd go a long way for a Nu-way" and I do! I won't go anywhere near Middle GA without stopping in for a couple of dots or a chili cheeseburger. There's a good reason why Gourmet Magazine chose it as one of America's 10 best hot dogs. It hasn't changed in my lifetime and I'm old now. ;)“
