Its exactly what you expect. Local joint with 3 locations. It's like a small town hotdogs hut, but the hotdogs are in a red casing. They taste normal though.Cute historic acalade decorations adorn the walls. Decent amount of seating for the small space. Restrooms available upon request. Growing up with this burger and dog was the best! Always good food and always very clean. We don't live in the area any longer and miss NuWay. We come back to Macon regularly so it's a planned meal when visiting. Even Food Network took them on as one of the best hotdogs.

I first ate at this Nu-Way location on Northside over 30 years ago. It's easy to overlook this Nu-Way, but this location has been there for over 35 years. This particular location is one of the few Nu-Way's where I actually eat inside. Normally, I prefer the drive-thru, but the cars can quickly create a long line. I enjoy the slaw dogs and hot dogs all the way.
