Great customer service! Ninel blaclman was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. They had a positive attitude and made my experience at KFC enjoyable.
Today I wanted to order the $20 build a bucket and change my sides. I was informed that I couldn't and I explained that the website states it's customizable. The lady told me to order it online and they will fix it however I want it. I don't understand the logic in this. I don't think the employees here understand that it's customizable and not just online.
This place isn't rated low enough. Fast food work doesn't have the best reputation for excellent customer service. This location REALLY tries hard to be the worst place to ever visit.
From obnoxiously long wait times (on a mobile order that was listed as ready for pick) to lukewarm food upon delivery, and much of my order still being incorrect--I dont have to say too much here. Everyone else's comments are a true reflection of this establishment.

KFC is a fast food restaurant that offers better service and food compared to other places in the area. The restaurant has parking available in the Kroger's parking lot and is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. While the food may not be exceptional, with some items like mac and cheese and chicken being congealed and soggy, respectively, the employees are generally nice. The $20 fill-up box deal may not always be available, but the food is usually tasty and warm, with quick service. However, prices may be a bit high due to inflation.
