Did not receive or full meal or drinks when we ordered delivery. Tried calling couldn't get ahold of anyone when we called the rest of the evening. Couldn't even get in touch with corporate. Do not spend your money here.

Ordered the special that came with 8 pieces of chicken, 8 chicken strips, coleslaw, fries, mashed potatoes, & 4 biscuits. The Original recipe chicken was fine & this was my first time having the fries & they were good as well. The coleslaw seemed a little dry & the chicken strips were so salty that we couldn't eat them. This was my first time ordering them so I'm not sure if this is common or if someone lost focus & got heavy handed with the seasonings. At any rate, we were disappointed with paying for that portion of the meal & not being able to eat it.I advise anyone choosing to purchase the chicken strips, to taste them prior to leaving the establishment. If not, there is a chance that you will also be disappointed.

It's KFC so I didn't expect greatness. Mac and cheese was congealed and dense like it had been sitting on the steam well way too long. Gravy was more watery than it should've been and it wasn't in the bag when they handed me my order so I had to wait another 5 minutes just to get their attention for it. The employee was nice but was working with airpods in which is why I couldn't get her attention. Chicken was soggy by the time I got home (less than 10 minutes) but that's kind of to be expected with original recipe, just still easy to tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. It's fast food though, you get what you pay for. I'll still probably go back next time I have the munchies

This restaurant needs a serious cleaning. If you all are going to allow men wear dreads past their waist, they should put it up and have covering(women included.) please train your people. Thankful I was told by intercom I’d have to come inside so I could place an order. Please clean your doors, floors, counters and napkin holder. I could go on and on.

If I could give a zero I would. Went to order 2 kids meal and a regular meal and the guy taking my order said oh my God anything else. The unnecessary rudeness and irritation is not needed, will not return

We stopped around 9:15 PM and was sadly disappointed in this restaurant. Your hours of operation are until 10 PM. I understand not having everything available, but their selection and attitude towards not having any food was sad. We requested two famous bowl combos, and we were advised they were out of the popcorn chicken that goes in the bowl. We changed to one famous bowl minus chicken and asked for sweet tea to drink. They were out. Requested Starry, and they were out. They offered Mt Dew or a lemonade Mt Dew mixed drink. I advised that it wasn't an acceptable substitution. We finally drove to the window, I paid, and did not receive a receipt. Checked the bag and asked for silverware, to which the response was, "We don't have any." Then I open the dish, the cheese on top is frozen, the bowl is half empty, and lukewarm. After stiring it, the cheese did not melt and was unable to be eaten. I spent almost $8.50 on food I threw away at the next KFC, which was slightly less disappointing.

The lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude,when I pulled up to the drive-thru she was moving her hand around like she wanted the person behind me to hurry up with giving her his ordered, when she gave me back debit card and food I told her thank you and she said nothing, the food was cold and horrible. I bought my husband a pot pie and he was sick afterwards and my food was nasty as well

The management at this location has to be employed by the Macon Halfway house facility. These employees are lazy and act like children. My order was messed up, I immediately called and asked for a manager. I was told there wasn't a manger available. I drove to this location to correct my order the so-called manager with tattoos and fro told me the old manager said before he/she left not to replace anything for me if I should return back to the store. So, I was basically lied to when the person who answered the phone told me a manager wasn't available. This use to be a good KFC location with good service but now it's managed by your local hood reject citizens. Glad I no longer live there lol for the record I spent over $68.00, and they refused to take the sweet tea back that was old ice coffee not sweet tea to begin with. Keep the $5 you need it

Went to drive thru, they said they were short handed and would I come in. Ok, I did. There were 2 employees working. I ordered the 8 piece meal, with French fries and coleslaw as my sides, original recipe, with 4 biscuits. Had to wait 7 minutes for fries, when they were done,they scooped up fries that were already done and added maybe 5 of the hot ones and gave me my order. The cost was outrageous! $31 for a 8 piece meal! What! I get home with my order and I have 8 biscuits, 4 thighs, (I hate thighs), and 2 legs and 2 small wings, No breasts! The original recipe is not what it used to be, it didn't taste as good. The chicken was dark like it had been sitting there for hours. This location needs new management, I read other reviews and this type of poor service has been going on here for a long time. Won't be back to this location, will give other locations a chance, because KFC is my favorite, but I'm done with this location.

Why are you advertising something you don't have?? I wanted the $20 fill up box that is on the menu but apparently they don't have it????

My Mind

The $20 dollar fill up box deal needs to be taken down from sign! The girl told us they had no fill ups ? today 10/8. The food was tasty and warm. Quick service. It's a little pricey because of inflation. Biscuits were hard on top, just warmed up then they were OK.
