Fast, friendly service. The manager on duty was fantastic, ensured our meal was OK. Actually she got us a new fries, as our one wasn’t hot or full. She seemed to have a great crew working, probably due to her positive attitude and super friendly service.
I had an online order. I pulled up to window. She tells me I have to go to the speaker then come to the window. Initially, this made me mad. This is an online order so it supposed to be fast and easy pickup. Once I got to the window she told me that policy is to make sure your food is hot and it was. So good policy.
I've only used the drive-thru and the workers have been kind and professional but this makes twice (both times, I've visited) that my mexican pizza has been wet and drippy like sloppy joe. Perhaps just stick to the tacos 😫
