While the atmosphere is generally pleasant, there is a safety concern with the polished concrete floors becoming slippery when wet. Customers have praised the wonderful customer service. Lauren was absolutely AMAZING and very helpful with the menu and suggesting what to try. Aiden and Jamaya were absolutely wonderful and was such a breath of fresh air, their customer service was 5 star. Lilly was very sweet has excellent customer service and she’s great at what she does. The ability to sample flavors and the overall great service have made Jeremiah's a top choice for many.
