The location on Russell Parkway is the worst I have I have ever experienced. They are very rude. I realize they may not like their jobs but they do not need to to be rude to customers. The one on Watson is completely different. this staff should train the other place on how to treat customers in a courteous manner.
Had this Door-dashed and it came hot and fresh and delicious. If you have not tried the corn nuggets they are a must have. Service is always great there. Fresh food made to order. Don't expect "fast food" order ahead and you won't have to wait and you will NOT be disappointed.

What can I say...they are doing it, did it, And done it. Their new establishment shows that are stepping up their level of service to fill our belly's with that delicious Chicago cuisine.Parking: Parking is decent. Drive through is a little awkward due the way the building was designed from the previous establishment. Trust me the food makes up for all that.
