I've called in orders for dinner on my lunch break as well as other times, only to get there and have to wait for them to cook my food. Unless you pay for your food online they will not cook it until you arrive to pick it up. If you don't take over the phone orders, you should just say so, instead of having people arrive to sit and waste their time. ☹️??

What can I say...they are doing it, did it, And done it. Their new establishment shows that are stepping up their level of service to fill our belly's with that delicious Chicago cuisine.Parking: Parking is decent. Drive through is a little awkward due the way the building was designed from the previous establishment. Trust me the food makes up for all that.
The location on Russell Parkway is the worst I have I have ever experienced. They are very rude. I realize they may not like their jobs but they do not need to to be rude to customers. The one on Watson is completely different. this staff should train the other place on how to treat customers in a courteous manner.

Service is extremely slow, ...It's understood that it's a Cook to order restaurant but the Service is horrible, Call in order and still had to wait 30 plus minutes when I got there for a 4 piece with Fries, No apologies or anything, Employees seem to not care at all about your wait time, not to mention my food tasted like burnt Grease!... Worst Sharks Location Hands Down!!
Had my order delivered beings my car is in the shop. It gets here and my order is wrong. I call the store thinking I would be compensated in some way for their screw up and am told I will have to bring it back for them to fix it. I had it delivered so..........i cant just bring it back to you!!! people just don't care about their customers anymore. They don't care to make it right.

Had this Door-dashed and it came hot and fresh and delicious. If you have not tried the corn nuggets they are a must have. Service is always great there. Fresh food made to order. Don't expect "fast food" order ahead and you won't have to wait and you will NOT be disappointed.

I literally love the jumbo shrimp dinner. I get fried okra instead of fries. The onion rings are trash do not get them. The catfish and tilapia are both delicious.
