Great service!!
YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO INSIDE WHEN ORDERING A BIG ORDER IN THE DRIVE THREW 🙄 YOU'LL HAVE TO PULL UP ANYWAY 😜😜
The manager Star and the cashier in the window were extremely nice and kind. They made sure that me and my mom were well taken care of before leaving with dinner tonight. They made my trip enjoyable and I will definitely be returning. The cook on the grill and fry were on point too! Thanks for dinner!!!!

Krystal is a nostalgic fast food spot with a classic ambiance. The food is decent and the service is generally friendly, although there have been instances of mistakes and poor customer service. Some reviewers have experienced issues with orders being incorrect or missing items, and servers lacking proper training and etiquette. However, when things go right, Krystal can be a convenient and satisfying stop. Be cautious when ordering limited-time or specialty items, as they may not always live up to expectations. Despite some inconsistencies, Krystal remains a popular spot for a quick bite.
