There’s nothing more disappointing than looking forward to my warm macaroni and cheese only to find out that there’s no fork in the bag! And yes I am eating at work and have none available :-( I don’t want to be that person that holds up the whole line while I check my bag for necessities like sauce and straws and forks so I try to keep everything efficient by assuming all the essentials are in there when they’re not really disappointment
I just wanted to let the manager of this location know that the man working the counter around 2pm today made my whole day. I waddled my heavily-pregnant self up to the counter and told him “I just need a large ice dream cup with as much strawberry topping as you can give me without getting in trouble”. He chuckled and confirmed my order, then made sure to see it through. I never have problems with chick fil a but this trip was a but rough due to the weather. It took a bit longer since it was raining, and i had to pay a bit after so took a bit to make the food. The only thing I didn't get was sauce, which is fine because their food is still good without it.
