Horrible experience at Subway on Bowman Rd. What I thought would be grabbing lunch on my break turned into being disrespected as a customer from a female worker. When I walked in there was a family of 5 already sitting down eating subs. Girl cut my meatball sub like it was a hot dog bun. She was pushing my food in. I repeated to the cashier 3 times we were getting combo on all 3 meals then when she rang it up and saw I had chips and I asked which cups do we get she asks me " oh you want the combo?" and I said "yup, said it 3 times". She had been to busy talking to somebody else.
Order two sandwiches online. Said it would be ready by 1:15pm. I arrive at 1:20pm and it still wasn't made, no problem, I can wait. Stand in line for additional 15 minutes. The guy is by himself making the sandwich while two females are in the back laughing and carrying on. Guy says, "we can't make your steak and cheese because we ran out of steak."
