cant go wrong with KFC chicken
I went to KFC today and all of the employees were super friendly and polite. The service was top notch. There were about 12 customers dining and the customers seemed well pleased. They were socializing pleasantly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back soon.♥♥♥
Destiny was the best cashier we have ever had here! She helped fix all our concerns, took our order with professionalism, and super friendly and smiled! She turned this angry customer into a happy returning customer!

KFC's food quality varies depending on the staff on duty. When certain team members are working, orders are fresh and correct. However, at other times, the chicken can be old, dark, and small. Some cashiers, like Jayllen, provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist with orders and app navigation. Despite inconsistencies, KFC has the potential to deliver hot and satisfying meals with the right staff and training.
