The cheese steak sandwiches are not very good. Had a hair in mine also. Should have sent back, but wasn't in mood to eat after that. Just ate fries.
Went through the drive thru at five minutes to closing. Being from macon we are used to the hostility and being turned away for service this close to closing, but we gave it a try. And let me tell you- the lady especially that was working through window trestrd us as if we were her first customer of the day. She was so pleasant and had a positive attitude that you could tell in her voice over the speaker that she loved her job. We didnt get her name, but we hope Arby's recognizes...read full review
Slow service, staff too busy gossiping. Unable to make a Jamocha Shake and the roastbeef sandwich was cold. At least the fries were fresh made. Employee using restaurant as child care.
