"Japanese" is a really long stretch. No tonkatsu, no gyudon, no yakitori, standard issue Chinese style "fried dumplings" that you can get from any Chinese restaurant, and fried rice that was dry and without flavor. They might want to change the name to "Generic Asian Stir Fry Express". The customer seating area isn't a place for miscellaneous restaurant equipment/supply storage. I have been here multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are always very friendly. The wait time is about 6-10 minutes. As far as the taste of the food, of course it isn’t anywhere near as good as a sit down hibachi restaurant (where they cook in front of you), hence the huge price difference, however I personally think the food is good and you definitely can’t beat the price. Love this place!! It's my go-to when I want hibachi food without the hibachi price. I always get the Land Lover's (steak and chicken) with extra rice. Oh, and extra yum sauce is about ninety-three cents. Good food and good service...
