“Throwing a shout out to DeAngelo (Hope I remembered that correctly) Told him I would for giving great customer service! Also, from what it seems to me, most of the poor reviews were from over a year ago. Possibly new management? My experience was positive. Was my pizza made wrong the first time, sure thing, but they corrected the issue immediately and I had a hot fresh pie within 10 mins. My dude even hooked it up with extra toppings for the inconvenience of waiting. Nom nom!“

“the employees are rude and very unprofessional they hung up on me several times and then threatened to call the police on me for harassment. I ordered a pizza at 9pm and at 11 still no pizza. Me and my guest was sitting on the front porch and had been for hrs. When I called at 11 the employee tells me they came to my house and no one was there and that I didn't answer and hung up in my face. I called back because again me and my guest was sitting on the porch and no one had came to bring the pizza. They hung up on me again. So I called this morning to talk to a manager and when out on hold someone came to the phone and threatened to call the police on me.... call the police for what.... because they have bad customer service and rude employees..... I usually order from here at least 2xs a week but never will they ever get another penny from me.“

“Zaxby’s is okay—nothing spectacular, but not bad either. The food is decent at best; I’ve had better, but it’s still satisfying if you’re craving chicken or fries.

The staff here are very friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean, which makes for a pleasant experience despite the average food. On the bright side, the sweet tea is very good—definitely a highlight of the meal!

It’s a decent spot if you’re in the area and want a quick meal.“
